Welcome to Tripping Store’s Replacement Policy! We stand behind our products and want you to have the best growing experience possible. Here’s how our replacement process works.

Important Note: 

We offer replacements only—no refunds. If there’s an issue, we’ll replace the item according to the guidelines below.

Electrical Items

  • Replacement Only: If an electrical item arrives damaged, is broken in shipping, or doesn’t work, we’ll replace it.
  • One-Year Guarantee: Electrical items are covered for a full year from the delivery date. If it stops working at any point within that year, just send us a video showing the issue, and we’ll replace it.
  • Return Shipping: In cases where we need the item back, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost. Most of the time, though, we’ll simply send you a replacement without needing the original item back.

Grow Bags and Spores

To ensure quality and fairness, the following rules apply to all grow bag and spore replacements:

  1. Both Must Be Purchased from Us: For any replacement, both the grow bag and spores need to be bought from Tripping Store.
    • If you use a bag from us but spores from elsewhere, or vice versa, we can’t offer a replacement since we can’t confirm the quality of products bought from other sources.
  2. Correct Spore Usage: For the best results, use the following spore amounts with each bag size:
    • 1 lb bag: Use 2.5 ml of spores
    • 2 lb bag: Use 10 ml of spores
    • 4 lb bag / 1.5 kg bag: Use 20 ml of spores
  3. One Replacement Limit: Each grow bag is eligible for one replacement only. If the replacement bag fails, we cannot issue another.
  4. Understanding Contamination: Contamination can happen, even with the best practices. Mycology is a sensitive science, and while we have a 96.3% success rate with over 5,000 bags sold, a small chance of contamination is part of the natural process. It doesn’t mean you did anything wrong—it’s just part of the journey.
  5. Conditions for Replacement:
    • Timely Use: Use the grow bag within 10 to 14 days of receiving it.
    • Proper Environment: Set up the bag with the correct conditions. If a heat mat is recommended, make sure you’re using one.
    • Photo Documentation: Send us clear photos of your setup, including:
      • One photo showing the complete setup.
      • Three photos of the bag from different angles: front, side (left or right), and the base.
    • Follow All Instructions: Be sure to follow the instructions provided with the grow bag. This helps us support your claim for a replacement if needed.

Replacement Process

  • Dispatch Day: Replacements are sent out every Wednesday.
  • Please note: A standard delivery fee of £5.99 will be charged for all replacements.
  • Need it faster? If you would like next-day delivery, a fee of £8.99 applies.
  • How to Request a Replacement: Email your order number and required photos to support@trippingstore.co.uk. We’ll review your information quickly, and if everything checks out, we’ll arrange your replacement.
