4. Pricing and VAT

- No additional VAT will be charged — all listed prices are final.
5. Orders and Payments
- Orders are only processed after full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion.
6. Shipping and Delivery
UK Shipping:
- Discreet Packaging: All packages are shipped discreetly. There is no mention of our store or any indication of the contents on the outside of the package. Spores are labeled as mushroom seeds for research purposes.
- Packaging and Shipping: Orders are carefully packed for international shipping to ensure they are well insulated and protected. All products are shipped from the UK using express delivery.
International Shipping:
- Discreet Packaging: All packages are shipped discreetly. There is no mention of our store or any indication of the contents on the outside of the package. Spores are labeled as mushroom seeds for research purposes.
- Packaging and Shipping: Orders are carefully packed for international shipping to ensure they are well insulated and protected. All products are shipped from the UK using express delivery.
- Customs Inspections: While our products comply with regulations, customs authorities in some countries may inspect packages. Occasionally, they might have issues with items that contain grains or seeds. We ensure that all necessary export codes and paperwork are included. However, if customs cause delays, confiscate, or destroy a package, we cannot be held liable.
- Replacement Policy: In the event of a customs issue, you can contact us for a special code that allows you to reorder at cost price. This means we do not make a profit on the replacement order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for packages affected by customs, as it is beyond our control.
- Refunds Before Shipping: If at any point before your order is shipped you change your mind and would like a refund, you are always welcome to get in touch. You have the right to receive a full refund as long as the product has not yet been sent.
- Shipping Fee Adjustments: If the actual shipping cost is higher than what was initially charged by more than 15%, we will contact you to cover the difference. If the difference is 15% or less, we will cover it on our end.
- Success Rate: Our international shipping success rate is around 96%, and it tends to be even higher within Europe. We are always working with our service providers to follow up on packages and ensure smooth delivery.
