The one-pound all-in-one BRF cake is the perfect compact solution for easy and efficient cultivation. This new and improved version requires no fruiting chambers, monotubs, misting, or cutting—just inject it and forget it.
Made with a high-quality blend of organic brown rice flour and vermiculite, this PF Tek-style BRF substrate suits a wide range of mushroom species and is designed for fast colonisation and reliable yields of up to 150 grams. With thousands of inoculation points, colonisation is quick and consistent, ensuring healthy and vigorous growth.
The process is effortless: inject the sterilised bag, keep temperatures stable, and store it in the dark until fully colonised. Once colonisation is complete, introduce light, and you’re good to go—no extra steps needed.
Each one-pound bag is built to the highest standards, featuring a 0.22μm filter patch for optimal airflow and a medical-grade self-healing injection port for safe and easy inoculation. Every bag is sealed and sterilised at 121°C for a minimum of 120 minutes in a computer-controlled autoclave, ensuring a perfectly clean and ready-to-use substrate.
