Customer Review Policy

We publish genuine reviews from people who have bought or used our products, whether they’re positive or negative. We never edit what a customer writes, we never write reviews ourselves, and we never publish fake reviews.

We unpublish a review (we don’t delete it) if it: describes using our spore syringes to grow mushrooms, or any other unlawful use of our products; advertises another business or its products; contains personal information, abuse, spam or links; or isn’t based on a genuine experience of our products.

If a customer received a discount, free product or anything else in return for a review, we say so clearly next to that review.

We apply these rules in the same way to every review, whatever its star rating. If you think we’ve unpublished your review by mistake, email support@trippingstore.co.uk.
