Sterilisation Guidelines

• Transfer mixture into a suitable container for pressure sterilisation
• Loosen lid slightly before sterilising
• Sterilise at 121°C for 90 minutes per 250ml volume
• Agar sets at ~45°C and melts at ~80°C
